BUSINESS COMPETITION

APPLICATION CHECK LIST

- Prepare business plan totaling no more than 10 pages.  Limited attachments such as financials or supporting documents may be included in addition to the 10 pages. 

- Complete application sheet stating the name of the competition, your name, company name, mailing address and either email address or telephone number.

- All documents must be uploaded in Word, Excel or as PDF files. 

- Include completed confidentiality agreement (required).

- Submit plan by midnight, Friday, February 24 2012.

- If you are selected as a qualifying entry for the April 10, 2012 competition in Sioux Falls, you will be required to submit your social security number or a Federal Employer ID Number (FEIN) before receiving any potential prize money. We are required to report prize money awards to the Internal Revenue Service. You will be notified if we need this information.
